Teacher of the Month – October 2016
Our teacher of the month this month is Ms. Tracy! Although Ms. Tracy has only been with Small Hands for a short time she has already made a BIG impact.
Ms. Tracy is passionate about education and loves to encourage creativity, curiosity and a love of learning. She describes herself as “empathetic, analytical and dedicated.”
Ms. Tracy is married and lives in Newbury with her three children: Adam (12 years old), Owen (9 years old) and Addison (3 years old). She also has an Amazon parrot named Lilly, a cat named Winter, and 20 tadpoles that her family found playing putt-putt.
Ms. Tracy has several hobbies including reading (poetry and books by JK Rowling), drawing and outdoor activities with her children. She also loves to sing! In addition, Ms. Tracy loves Mexican food, especially Senorita Bonita’s Mexican Grill and Cantina.
One of Ms. Tracy’s favorite childhood memories includes sitting around a campfire while her uncle played guitar.
Finally, one fun fact about Ms. Tracy is that she can say her ABC’s backwards really fast.
Congratulations Ms. Tracy!
